1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Xylogic Studio website or playing our mobile games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our products immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Restriction

All content, including but not limited to game code, puzzle logic, visual assets, audio, logos, and interface designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of Xylogic Studio. Our games are licensed to you, not sold.

Artificial Intelligence Restriction: You may not copy, scrape, or use any part of our Content, puzzle grids, or game logic to develop, train, or enhance any machine learning models or artificial intelligence applications, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. User Conduct

When engaging with our products, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit bugs within our games.
• Distribute pirated or modified ("modded") versions of our applications.
• Use our contact and support systems to distribute spam or malicious content.

4. Virtual Goods & In-App Purchases

Our games may include virtual currencies, premium unlocks, or in-app purchases ("Virtual Goods"). You acknowledge that Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between users. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at our sole discretion.

5. Advertising & Monetization

Our free-to-play mobile games are supported by third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob). We reserve the right to display these advertisements and to modify our monetization strategies at any time.

6. Notice for Apple App Store Users

If you download our games from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is strictly between you and Xylogic Studio, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for our apps, nor are they obligated to provide any maintenance or support services for them.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our games and services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Xylogic Studio shall not be held liable for any data loss, device issues, or disruptions resulting from the use of our applications. Puzzle progression and save data are stored locally on your device and may be lost if the application is uninstalled.
