Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Introduction
Xylogic Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data across our website and our mobile games (iOS and Android). We believe in transparency and aggressively limit the data we collect.
2. Data Collection on Our Website
No Tracking: Our website is completely free of marketing and analytical trackers (like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixels). We do not track your browsing behavior.
Contact Form: When you submit a support inquiry, we collect the name and email you provide solely to reply to your request. To prevent spam, our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals without harvesting personal data for ads.
3. Data Collection in Our Mobile Games
To support our development and ensure high-quality experiences, our mobile games may integrate the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob (Advertising): We use AdMob to serve advertisements in our free games. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS) to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
- Sentry (Crash Reporting): We use Sentry to automatically detect and log app crashes. These reports contain technical device data (OS version, device model, memory state) to help us fix bugs quickly. They do not contain personally identifiable information.
- Google Analytics (Gameplay Metrics): We may utilize Google Analytics for Firebase to understand overall gameplay progression and balance puzzle difficulty. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
How to Opt-Out of Personalized Ads on Your Device
You can permanently limit ad tracking across all apps by adjusting your mobile device's native OS settings:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
Go to Settings > Google > Ads, and tap "Delete advertising ID" or toggle on "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
Note: Opting out means you will still see advertisements in our free games, but they will be generic and not tailored to your interests.
4. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because we do not require account creation, the data we hold is generally limited to anonymous device identifiers. To exercise these rights or request data deletion, please contact us via our Support form.
4. Children's Privacy
Our games and services are engineered for general audiences and are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately through our Support form so we can restrict processing and delete the information.
5. Contact Us
